This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). For questions contact overlander@westhash.io.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, provided you have not yet used any of the purchased credits. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform WestHash LLC at overlander@westhash.io of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Specifically: if you have used any of the purchased credits (including check-in charges or daily billing deductions), the right of withdrawal no longer applies to those consumed credits. When completing a purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for consumed credits.
Credits that have been consumed through check-in fees or daily billing are non-refundable. Unused credits at the time of a valid withdrawal request will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. If you request a refund for an account that still holds unused credits and no consumption has occurred, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have confirmed that no credits were consumed. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
