Host (Landowner) Agreement

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This agreement governs the relationship between WestHash LLC ("Overlander") and landowners ("Hosts") who list parking areas on the platform. By activating a parking area you accept these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Eligibility

To become a Host you must: be at least 18 years old; have the legal right to offer the land for temporary vehicle parking; comply with all applicable local planning, zoning, and permit regulations; complete identity verification (KYC) via Stripe Connect before receiving any payout.

Revenue Split

Hosts earn every credit spent by nomads at their listed areas. Overlander retains 15% as a platform service fee. The applicable split at the time of each transaction is shown in your earnings dashboard. Overlander reserves the right to adjust the platform fee with 30 days advance notice.

Payouts via Stripe Connect

Payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's KYC onboarding before requesting a withdrawal. The minimum payout threshold is stated on the Payout page. Funds are transferred to your linked bank account within 3–5 business days after a payout request is approved. Overlander does not hold funds on your behalf beyond what is technically required for processing.

Taxes and Fiscal Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from income earned through the platform, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, or local levies. Overlander does not withhold taxes on your behalf (except where legally required). We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.

Area Responsibility and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that: area descriptions, photos, pricing, and capacity information are accurate and up to date; the area is safe and accessible for vehicles of the types you advertise; you hold any necessary permits or consents for short-term vehicle parking; geofence boundaries you define accurately reflect the physical area. Overlander may remove or suspend listings that contain inaccurate information.

Cancellations and Blockouts

You may block dates via the calendar feature at any time. Blocking dates while guests are actively checked in is not permitted. If a guest is checked in during an unexpected blockout, the system will attempt an automatic check-out. You are responsible for communicating any changes to guests via in-app messaging.

Suspension and Termination

Overlander may suspend or permanently remove a listing if: the listing contains false information; guests repeatedly report safety issues; you receive persistent negative reviews below our quality threshold; you violate the general Terms of Service or applicable law. Suspension of a listing does not affect payouts for already completed stays.

Compliance with EU Regulation 2019/1150 (P2B)

Overlander operates as a platform-to-business (P2B) intermediary under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 for Hosts who use the platform for commercial purposes. You have the right to: receive at least 30 days advance notice of changes to these terms; access a statement of reasons if your listing is restricted or removed; use our internal complaint-handling system by contacting overlander@westhash.io; seek mediation through a neutral mediator if disputes cannot be resolved internally. This regulation applies to Hosts who are businesses or self-employed persons; it does not apply to private individuals acting outside the scope of commercial activity.
