Credits are the in-app currency used to pay for parking stays. You buy credit packs starting from €29. 1 credit equals €1 of parking value.
No. Credits stay in your account indefinitely. There is no expiry date, so you can travel at your own pace without pressure.
If your balance reaches zero when the daily billing cycle runs (every 24 hours), the system automatically checks you out. Top up before each cycle to avoid interruption.
You can check out manually at any time from the area detail page or your dashboard. Credits already spent for the current day are non-refundable.
Location is used only to detect when you enter or exit a geofenced area and to show nearby spots. We never sell location data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to "Add Area" from the menu. Add photos, set the location on the map, draw the geofence boundary, set a daily credit price, and publish. The area will appear on the map immediately.
Credits earned from guests accumulate in your account. You can request a payout once you reach the minimum threshold. Funds are transferred to your bank within 3–5 business days.
You earn every credit spent by guests at your area.
Yes. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through the platform. We recommend consulting a tax professional in your jurisdiction.
Use the Calendar feature to block specific dates. You cannot block dates while guests are actively checked in. Communicate changes to guests via the in-app chat.
Accounts can be suspended for providing false information, repeated safety issues, or violations of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You will be notified and may appeal.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your browser and device.
Enable auto-recharge in the Credits page. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, we automatically charge your saved card for the chosen credit pack.
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase (EU right of withdrawal). Once credits have been used for check-ins or daily charges, they are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You are charged the area daily rate at check-in, then every 24 hours until check-out. There are no partial refunds for early check-outs. The exact cost is shown before you confirm a check-in.
We collect account information (name, email), geolocation data during active use, transaction records, and in-app chat messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Location is only requested when the app is active and you have granted permission. We do not track you in the background outside of active sessions.
You can request account deletion by contacting us at overlander@westhash.io. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements for transaction records.
We do not store card details on our servers. All payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
